The Norfolk Public Library is proud to add the ParksPass from the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation to our extensive list of free and low-cost passes for area attractions. The ParksPass provides visitors unlimited daytime parking access to state park facilities within the DCR that charge a parking fee. Some of the Southeast and Metrowest parks at which you'll enjoy free parking include: Borderland State Park, Horseneck Beach, Hopkinton State Park, South Cape Beach State Park,
Wal den Pond State Reservation, and Scusset Beach. For more parks, see the list at www.massparks.org. The ParksPass may be borrowed by Norfolk residents with library cards, and can be reserved online at the library's website . You may also reserve the pass by calling the library at 508-528-3380.
