This is a monthly parent-child book club for chapter book readers (usually in the range of 75-150 pages). We're focusing on mystery books!! (This club used to be known as Bookworms). We'll read and discuss the book at each meeting-- can YOU solve the case?

Each meeting, please bring a few ideas of mysteries you might like the group to read. We'll choose as a group and the person whose book is picked will be the next "host" in charge of bringing a snack for the group. Books may be picked up at the Circulation Desk the month before the meeting. Sponsored by Coordinated Family & Community Engagement Program.

October-- The Skeleton in the Smithsonian by Ron Roy

TO BE DETERMINED: Kids' Crafternoon
Second, third, and fourth Tuesday of every month
Grades K-5 with caregiver

Get creative at the library! Each session we’ll use a different material and you can make whatever you like with it! Anything from paper to LEGO…see where your creativity takes you!

Youth programs are sponsored by the Friends of the Norfolk Public Library
